the first line of the second sloka that you have given should read vakratunda mahaakaya SOORYA KOTI samaprabha and not the way you have mentioned it…

I think there are many variations for the Vakra Thunda shloka -
1. Soorya Koti/Koti Soorya (both refer to brilliance of one crore Suns)
2. Nirvignam/Avignam (both mean without obstacles or remove obstacles)
3. Sarva Karyeshu/Subha Karyeshu (Sarva = All –> can be chanted in general/always; Subha = Good –> generally chanted in festivals/auspicious occasions).
My Sanskrit knowledge is limited, so pardon me if I am wrong anywhere but I think, as long as we chant them with faith & devotion, and the correct intonation, it shouldn’t really matter.
