I know quite a few songs(some rare ones).
I wrote one using baraha in kannada yesterday.
If meera would reply to my email id, I can send it to you. And many others to come.
Since I know only kannada and sanskrit, I'm not able to put these songs in other languages.
But it'll be there atleast for people who know kannada.

I completely agree with you Hariprasad. That's the reason I didn't want to experiment with any other language. I will not be able to validate the script which isn't good.

As I mentioned, most people need scripts in languages other than Kannada and Sanskrit. We already have Veda who has volunteered for Telugu. Hope someone with knowledge of Tamil and Malayalam would like to translate as well.

Namaskara Meera,

I had earlier tried experimenting with conversion from a BRH file written for Kannada into Devanagiri. What I observed was that the Devanagiri version was about 90% correct. Some editing and proof-reading is definitely needed. For example, "e" and "E" as used in the Kannada version turn out slightly differently when the output is Devanagiri.

There may be similar issues with other languages. My guess is that people doing such translation must pay special attention to proof-read the new document thoroughly.

In addition to the languages mentioned above, I know Tulu but since it doesn't have a script of its own, it doesn't count here. I would be happy though to help you translate some of the songs into Devanagiri. Please let me know.

Regards, Hari

That is really awesome. Can you translate Mahishasura Mardini Stotra in Telugu. We will start from here and see what response we get.

Thanks so much again.

Hello,
I'm a regular visitor to your blog. I would like to contribute in any way I can.
I know Telugu, hindi, and Kannada (I'm not very fluent but can read and understand most of it ). I've also used Baraha in the past. I would more than happy to translate anything from kannada to telugu or hindi.

Regards,
Veda
