My Mom does Lakshmi pooje every Friday in the evening. This song was my Mom’s favorite. I do sing this song myself every Friday, and so does my sister.

Searching for the lyrics of this keertane I landed on this site. A great blog site!
I have heard the last line as :
ಶರ್ವವಂದ್ಯನಾದ ಪುರಂದರ ವಿಠ್ಠಲನ್ನ ಸೇವಿಸುತಿಹಳು
sharvavandyanaada puraMdara viThThtalanna sEvisutihaLu
instead of
garuDagamananaada puraMdara viThThtalanna sEvisutihaLu
If you notice every line (paada) starts with long, short note.
Keeping that cadence, it is likely the last line is
“ಶರ್ವವಂದ್ಯನಾದ…”
It also has the aadi prsaasa (ರ್ವ / rva) of the last stanza.
