Iam currently on an L1 visa and am looking for a change in the US. I have worked on security in the past, not sure what is the requirement.
I need more info and if at all I qualify,will they/someone sponsor an H1 for me?

My Company does sponsor H1 only for those who are actually on H1. They do not do that from scratch.
