Everyone in my house loves Guacamole. We make it quite often, almost 2 times a week. If I am doing the Guacamole on Thursday, we skip adding onions. It tastes great even without onions. The two pictures you are seeing below has no onion.
Avocados have tons of health benefits. You can see why we are so obsessed with Avocado here:
- 3 Avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion – optional
- salt to taste
- Few springs Cilantro
- 1-2 tsp hot sauce or finely chopped green chillies
- Lime or lemon juice to taste
- In a large bowl scoop the Avocado.
- Chop tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and green chillies. Mix all the ingredients.
- Serve with Chips
