I prepared this healthy, easy Paratha with very few ingredients. If you don’t have sweet potato, use a regular potato. You can read all the benefits of Flaxseed in the link below:

  1. Yes very very Healthy dish!
But I have been researching & have found out that microwave-waving dishes denatures vitamins in vegetables.
I believe that this truth has been suppressed delibertely by ‘big companies’ because then the sales of micro-wave ovens will drop drastically.
So I never cook nor re-heat vegetable dishes ( in fact as much as possible even other food items) in microwave oven.
Yes,it is a bit difficult but then it is better to avoid than eat food that has lost its innate nutrition.

  2. It looks very good, but I have to make it one day. Like this we can make “Sweet Potatoes Boli”. We have to cut the Sweet Potatoes and boil it, till it is cooked well, then peel the skin and add Coconut, Jaggery,Ghee, and cardamon powder and place it in a “Pan”” and
heat it till it doesn’t stick on the Pan. Then you keep aside till it gets cooled. Then you take 2 Cups of Maidha/Wheat Flour add, water 3/4 Cup, 1/4 tasp salt and 2 tsp.of Ghee and mix the dough and make it soft and keep it for 1/2 hour and then make like a Chappathi and keep the
sweet potato stuff center of the same, and fold it like Sweet Boli” and heat it on the Tawa like making Chappathi by adding ghee for roasting it. It will be more tasty and deligious..
    Sweet Potato : 1/4 Kg
    Jaggery : 300 grams
    Coconut : ! cup (chopped)
    Ghee : 4 tsp
    Cardamon : 1 tsp/5 nos
    Maidha/Wheat Flour: 2 to 3 cups
Salt & Water: 1/4 tsp, water 3/4 cup/it depends on your usage of flour

I hope you people might have known about “Sweet Potato Boli”, if not why you don’t try for that and let me know if you feel satisfied about the item which I wrote it here.

    Thank you
