South Indian Vegetarian Low Carb Diet – Day 2 Lunch

A simple day 2 lunch which includes lots of proteins and vegetables. Colorful, delicious and completely healthy.


So, the plate has Blackeyed Peas Salad, Steamed Carrots, Quinoa Salad, handful of cherry tomatoes and a bunch of walnuts.

I will post recipes for Blackeyed peas salad, and Quinoa Salad.

    Meera avare, can you please post the whole day’s diet – breakfast, lunch, dinner and in betweens? Also please comment on how you start the day coffee, tea etc.,

    So nice madam… Healthy. Even I have to start. Gained 10kgs during pregnancy but unable to do all these with kid. But will try for sure

      Try to follow this, Divya. Once you loose the weight, you can slowly add back health carbs like brown rice, broken wheat, and occasionally white rice also.
