For the past week or so I have been listening to Bhagavad Gita and reciting the same to be ready for the Sampurna Gita recital at our temple, which I have posted here : https://meerasubbarao.wordpress.com/2022/11/27/gita-jayanthi-december-3rd-2022/
I have been suffering with recurring cough since I came back from Pittsburg. So, the whole night I was unable to sleep with some pain in my ribs with all the coughing. All along, I kept reciting some verses of Gita and the song I had recorded on Rayaru. I woke up around 2.30 AM, and seeing it was still a long night tried to get back to sleep.
It must have been around 4.00 AM, I am sitting in a big Mutta/temple and having a conversation with Swamigalu; very divine looking, quite young also. Didn’t look like any swamigalu I know. I have spent some time with Sri Suguneendra Swamiglau in SKV temple when they visited in October. A very brief conversation with Mantralaya Swamigalu when I visited in 2019. Other than that, I have always seen them from far and did namaskaras.
I am having a deep conversation with Swamigalu about Bhagavad Gita. Telling him ” When I think about Krishna, I can get this divine form of Krishna as a child and Krishna riding the chariot with Arjuna during the war. When I think of Lord Rama, I can imagine him as charming divine royal person.” And continue asking ” Why when I think of Duryodhana do I not feel the demonic face, the bad person, the cruel person he is even in my imagination”.
Swamigalu tells me ” You are constantly thinking of Krishna and Rama, you are truly devoted to them, you think of them day and night, consciously and subconsciously they are in your mind , that’s why in your imagination God is so divine, beautiful, loving and caring. However, you never ever think of Duryodhana, he is never in your thoughts knowingly or even unknowingly, so there is no chance he will ever be in your imagination however bad he is”.
At that point, the disciples come and say ” Swamigale, all devotees are waiting for pooje, please come we need to hurry”.
Swamigalu turns towards me and says ” Meera, let me go finish the pooje, will come back and we can continue the Gita Conversation”.
The word Meera Swamigalu says takes me to another state of mind, I turn towards my Husband and tell him did you hear ” Rayaru said my name, did you hear that”. Rayaru said my name Meera.
And at that moment I got woken up. Even now I am just in shock, I typed my desire while posting the song in my Blog, and Rayaru truly came in my dream and had a conversation with me and actually said my name.
What punya might I have done to even ask for something and the very next moment Rayaru fulfills that? I had tears as I was typing this to post it here in my blog. And told about this dream to my family and my Sister. And of course, I have to share with you all my truly blessed extended family.
