2022-2023 key Dates.

These dates are according to India. There will be usually a day difference for USA. I will post USA dates as the corresponding festivals approach.

    I’m from madhwa family.. tomorrow we celebrate kendanna pooja (pooja for husband). I’m currently residing in ilford, London. Do you know that in any temple conducting this pooja? If is thr anything like that means I can go and join thr.

    Vivah Panchami is the marriage anniversary of Lord Rama and Goddess Sita. This auspicious day is observed on Margashira Shukla Paksha Panchami .

    Here is the famous kriti “Seetha kalyana vaibhogame” in the golden voice of Sri M. Balamuralikrishna.

    Hi Meera,
    This year august 16 th is varalakshmi pooja.i do the vrata.
    Saturday is ekadashi.
    We cannot do the ritual of “kalasha kadalisu” On Saturday then?
    Should we do that on Friday?.friday evening we usually don’t do kalasha kadalisu.
    Please advice.
    btw I hail from 5 th block jayanagar.

    16 September 2013 (Monday), although Dwaadasi, must be observed as Ekaadasi because of Shravana nakshatra.

    This list is very handy Meera. There are a couple of months which have only one Ekadashi. Ap. 2013 and Jan. 2014.
