The Madhva Sangha of Washington DC celebrated Rayara Aaradhane at Durga Temple on the 8th of August 2009. Kudos to the Madhva Sangha, everyone in the DC area now have the opportunity to do Seva to Raghavendra Swamigalu. Everyone from my family attended the function.
Attached below are a few pictures taken while doing the pooje and also Maha mangalaruthi.
P.S: I also had the opportunity to meet Ms. Mrinalini, who is a regular visitor to this blog. I hope in the future I will have the opportunity to meet several of you who visit this blog and also share your wonderful comments and thoughts about this blog.

Hi Seema, Welcome back. You sure must have enjoyed your trip to India. Of course, you were there in India for the Aaradhane celebrations. So lucky.
I was in Bangalore in 2006 during Rayara Aaradhane. I went crazy going to all rayara mattas and seeing the bhakthi among people. Just amazing to watch. of course, I did rayara seva with my mother also, which I enjoy a lot.
